Hiring the Facility

The Sutton Road Driver Training Complex is a purpose built driver training and assessment facility situated on 63 hectares of ACT land on Sutton Road near Queanbeyan NSW. The centre is located on hilly terrain and the purpose built track is designed to simulate driving conditions within our region.

Facilities are available for hire to industry, interest groups and other training providers. These facilities include:

  • Fully equipped air conditioned function centre for corporate bookings.


  • Fully equipped air conditioned classrooms (capacity 20 students)


  • 2.5km bitumen circuit with varying surfaces


  • Manoeuvring areas - bitumen and gravel


  • Self-watering skid pan


  • Purpose built Four Wheel Drive track


  • BBQ facilities


    • Prior to hiring the facility the following documents must be completed and faxed to TISC. This includes a copy of a current certificate of public liability insurance to ten million dollars.

  • Hire contract


  • Indemnity form

    Corporate customers are required to book a minimum of 4 hours use of facilities per day.
